24 Hour ATM Banking

Our ATM Card offers nationwide access at Plus and Pulse. An ATM cardholder enjoys the quick service and convenience of cash withdrawals, account balance inquires,  and the ability to transfer funds from one account to another. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) protects against unauthorized use.

Citizens State Bank & Trust Company currently has an ATM located at 800 Oregon Street, at the time and temperature sign.

Safe Deposit Boxes

We have several different sizes of Safe Deposit Boxes available. These boxes provide safety and security for your personal papers and valuables. For your convenience, the annual fees can be automatically deducted from your account.

  • A “contactless” payment method using a specialized chip (NFC) in your card.
  • How to do it: Look for contactless symbols Contactless Payment Symbol in stores on the payment machine. Hold your card, phone, or watch near that symbol for 1–2 seconds.
  • Security: It is actually more secure than swiping, as it creates a unique, one-time code for every purchase.
  • Benefits: It is faster than cash, does not require touching dirty machines, and works with digital wallets like Apple Pay® and Google Pay™

My Card Rules

With MyCardRules, you can:

  • Turn your card on and off if lost, stolen, or misused.

Here’s how to set up MyCardRules:

  • Go to Citizens State Bank digital banking dashboard, select “Accounts” and select the appropriate account.
  • Go to “Card Management” and choose a card.
  • Finally, tap “Alerts and Protection” and choose the controls you want to apply to that card.

Digital Wallet

With a quick tap of your smartphone or smartwatch, you can use your Citizens State Bank debit card to pay at stores that accept mobile payments.

Step 1: Load your Citizens State Bank debit card into Apple Pay or Google Wallet on your mobile device.
Step 2: Look for contactless symbols Contactless Payment Symbol in stores. It’s how you know which stores accept Digital Wallet payments.
Step 3: Select your Citizens State Bank debit card in your Digital Wallet.
Step 4: Unlock your mobile device with its security code, then hold it to the symbol on the contactless terminal.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a quick, easy, and secure way to organize and pay your bills anytime.

  • Pay bills.
  • Make payments quickly.

  • You must first be enrolled in Digital Banking to enroll in Bill Pay.

  • No additional fees.
  • Simple and convenient.
  • Deposit by 4:00 p.m. for same business day credit Monday – Thursday.
  • Deposit by 5:00 p.m. for same business day credit on Fridays.
